After 26 years of service to Sheridan, Brian Scannell, Project Manager, Major Capital Projects in Finance and Administration will be retiring at the end of May. Brian joined the college in 1989 after a successful career in engineering with CN Railway.
In his project management role Brian has led Sheridan through major projects such as the construction of the Davis C-wing, Davis A-wing, Hazel McCallion Campus Phase 1 and Phase 2 and the newest residence at Trafalgar.
Brian’s ability to manage collaborative architectural and engineering partnerships through a project has been greatly appreciated. His leadership, capacity to identify potential challenges, ability to develop effective solutions and his engaging personality will be deeply missed.
