After 33 years of working at Sheridan and two years before that as a student, I am ready to embrace “freedom 55”! I will be retiring September 29. Way back in 1984 when my Media Writing program field placement evolved into a full-time position, I had no idea how integral Sheridan would become to our family – three of us are Sheridan grads and two of us work here. The best part of being at Sheridan is that all of my roles have involved working with people from across the college. Whether it was new program development, program review, SLATE training, course outline system work or something else, I hope that you felt that I cared about helping you achieve whatever you were trying to accomplish. And thanks for letting me learn from you. May you always be able to find a little fun in your work.
